By using our Service, either through renting a yacht or visiting our website, you are consenting to these Terms. Should you not agree with any of these terms, then you may not use the Service.
2. Service Overview
CommonsAccessCorridor offers an array of high-end yacht charter services, such as:
- Renting yachts for the day
- Enjoying sunset sailing trips
- Hosting company retreats
- Arranging private celebrations
- Organizing extended yacht journeys
Our offerings are contingent upon availability as well as climatic conditions. We maintain the right to alter or cease any service without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For a charter reservation, you need to:
- Be of minimum 18 years of age
- Supply valid and complete particulars
- Make the necessary deposit as indicated in your booking acknowledgment
- Consent to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Your reservation is considered confirmed only after we have received the payment and sent a written confirmation. We reserve the entitlement to decline service to any person at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
All booking requests are subject to the accessibility of vessels and favorable meteorological conditions. We aim to fulfill your preferred charter schedules when possible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Prices are denominated in € and include all relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. These prices are subject to adjustments without any prior announcement.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the entire charter fee required at the time of reservation
- Balance: Must be cleared 48 hours prior to the yacht’s departure
- Extra charges (if applicable): To be settled following the charter’s completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept several forms of payment including major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payments are processed securely with encryption.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If canceled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund, deducting processing fees
- For cancellations made 24-72 hours before departure: Half of the amount will be refunded
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable
5.2 Weather Cancellations
If the captain deems the weather conditions to be unsafe, we offer:
- A chance to rebook the charter for another available date without incurring extra charges
- A complete refund if rescheduling isn’t feasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
Should there be mechanical issues with the vessel arranged for your charter, we will strive to provide an alternative solution. In the absence of a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests are required to:
- Obey all commands issued by the crew
- Use the safety gear as necessary
- Disclose any health conditions that could impact their safety
- Stay within the designated areas on the boat
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed onboard:
- Containers made of glass
- Banned substances
- Guns or any forms of weaponry
- Unreasonably large quantities of non-alcoholic beverages
- Pets (except when sanctioned in advance)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers should behave respectfully at all times. We maintain the right to curtail a charter without issuing a refund if a passenger’s conduct is considered unsafe or disrupts the experience for others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability is confined to the charter fee you have paid. We are not accountable for:
- Injuries inflicted due to passenger’s own carelessness
- Theft or damage of personal items
- Indirect or punitive damages, or consequences that ensued
- Disruptions due to climate or events that are out of our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We maintain a comprehensive marine insurance policy covering our vessels and operational activities. However, passengers should ensure they have their personal travel and property insurance in place.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
When you take part in a charter, you recognize that maritime activities carry inherent hazards and you agree to assume responsibility for your safety and actions.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We hold the authority to alter travel routes, timetables, or itineraries based on changes in weather, security considerations, or operational necessities. We will strive to provide a suitable and comparable alternative experience whenever feasible.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be deemed responsible for any modification, postponement, or cancellation brought by forces outside of our control, inclusive of but not limited to:
- Harsh weather circumstances
- Natural calamities
- Lawful ordinances
- Port restrictions or closures
- Vessel malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal details are managed as per our Privacy Policy. In utilizing our services, you consent to the collection and usage of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Contents on our website, such as writings, images, symbols, and photographs, are secured by copyright and trademark regulations. Reproducing, circulating, or generating derivatives without our explicit authorization is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
